CAREER OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity exists for a hands-on Human Capital Administrator to perform all administration functions such as recruitment, training, & general administration. Human Capital forms an integral part of this business.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The HC Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the following HC functions:
•HR administrator provides general administrative support with regards to meeting/conference call/calendar management, travel arrangements, routine recordkeeping (including filing, copying or emailing), and creation of customized reports (using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or HCIS).
•Data base management, regular maintenance of process trackers (on MS excel) for various HR processes.
•Drive the probation process.
•Recruitment Administration and process assistance.
•Provide first line support for HR and employee queries.
•Provide comprehensive administration support to the HC Team and HC Business Partners.
•Administer elements of the new hire process including background checks, offer letters, and new hire paperwork.
•Update and maintain the online employee database and create, maintain and organize personnel files.
•Training, HC system and Compliance Administration
•Administration and liaison with payroll.
•Administrator employee benefits (medical aid and provident fund)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The following academic qualifications and related experience are requirements for the position:
•Matric/Grade 12
•An Undergraduate qualification is required, such as a degree in HR Management, BCom Industrial Psychology or similar

SKILLS
The essential skills that will be needed for this position are:
•Computer literacy (Including excellent knowledge of MS Office)
•Must have graduated with the necessary qualification
•Experience in the tasks of the job will be advantageous
•Clear ITC record
•Clear criminal record
